The Winter Haven Lunker Lovers will host a fishing tournament for the Cub Scouts in Polk County September 24. The event will be held a Simmers-Young Park. Cub Scouts can register for the event and obtain additional information through their packs . Bob Houmard (863-439-9296) is coordinating the event for the Lunker Lovers and Ryan Houmard is coordinating the event for the Cub Scouts. McDonald's, West Marine, Coca Cola, Pepsi, Merita Bread, Snyder's of Hanover and the Walmart at 7450 Cypress Gardens Blvd in Winter Haven have joined the Lunker Lovers in sponsoring the event. |
